My name is Sairung Senger. I grew up in Thailand in a small northern farming village. I moved to Bangkok when I was 18 and worked my way through university. I met my husband, Tim Senger, while he was on a golf holiday in Thailand and was married 3 weeks later. I moved from Thailand to Kamloops in 2007. Tim and I have 2 kids, Sam, 8 and Christina, 6, who fulfill our lives.
I worked at Royal Inland Hospital for 8 years for a great manager in housekeeping who appreciated my work ethic. He didn’t want me to leave but I felt like I could offer help to people. I don’t have many rules in my life except to live in happiness and help others. This is the main reason I started my own business.
I started a Thai massage practice in Kamloops and brought a 2,500-year-old pillar of Thai medicine to my new hometown. I attended Wat Po Massage School which is widely recognized as the premier school in the world where people across the globe learn the ancient healing technique of Thai massage. I know I can help people with Thai massage therapy live a life without pain and be happy.
Thai massage promotes awareness of one’s body that leads to improved posture, easier movement, and avoid injuries. It releases deep muscles in the body to decrease headache, neck and shoulder pains, menstrual cramp, digestive problems, low back pain, insomnia, and chronic fatigue syndromes.
Thai massage also makes the person more blissful. It increases the levels of dopamine and Serotonin, which is also known as the happy hormone. At the same time, it decreases Cortisol, which is also known as the stress hormone.
